How do I make a claim?

Simply fill in the contact form under the Make a Claim tab or email us on info@primrosesolicitors.co.uk. We will then confirm the details of your claim or answer any questions you may have and advise you on the next steps. We aim to offer you simple legal advice and provide exceptional service at all times.


How long will a claim take to conclude?

There is no exact time limit in relation to how long a claim can take. This is all dependent upon the circumstances, however, we aim to reach a conclusion as swift as possible. We can work closely with medical experts and rehabilitation providers if required in order to ensure you are provided with the correct treatment. Some claims can settle in a matter of a few months, whilst more complex matters will take longer. 


What is No Win No Fee?

The thought of legal costs can be worrying. We will check whether you hold any legal expenses insurance cover under any existing policy you may have. Alternatively, we may be able to act on a No Win No Fee Basis which means if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be liable for any legal costs.


How long do I have to make a claim?

Generally speaking, you have 3 years from the date of the accident to make a claim. However, this is dependent upon the circumstances, and we suggest you contact us for discuss further.


How will I receive treatment prior to the claim concludes and who pays for this?

In the event fault is admitted for your accident, we can request an interim payment in order to provide you with ongoing support. This is a payment made to you before the claim concludes and reaches settlement.
