In relation to Debt Recovery only, as a general rule, we will charge 15% of the claim value once the matter is successful and any Court fees would be payable. Our Pricing in relation to Debt Recovery Claims is as follows (please note further costs would apply): -

Letter of Claim against an individual - £35.00

Letter before action against a company - £25.00

Requesting Judgement - £30.00

Issue Fee - dependent upon the value of the Claim (see below)

Debt Recovery Claim Court Fees

Up to £1,500.00 (Court Fee of £80.00 + Costs of £150.00 + VAT)

£1,500 to £3,000.00 (Court Fee of £115.00 + Costs of £175.00 + VAT)

£3,000.00 to £5,000.00 (Court Fee of £205.00 + Costs of £200.00 + VAT)

£5,000.00 to £10,000.00 (Court Fee of £455.00 + Costs of £250.00 + VAT)

Over £10,000.00 (Court Fee of 5% of Value + Costs of £300.00 + VAT)
